Are You Ready For David Wray?

EdCone tell us that David Wray, the Former Greensboro Police Chief got a new Job as TSA director for eastern Tennessee. edcone brings to awarness a post by Ryan Seals in which Wray says:

Wray started Sunday as the new Federal Security Director for Eastern Tennessee — overseeing all transportation security including air, rail and maritime travel in the area. “It’s a great opportunity and I am pleased to be serving my country with the TSA,” Wray said in a phone interview from his office in Alcoa Tenn., near Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson Airport. “I am excited about the position.”

One reason that it was important to clear his name of allegations of racism was to allow him to find work again. I’m happy to see things working out well for him.

It is important, I think that people in positions of power do not abuse this power and if they do,they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However - if Someone like David Wray is wrongly accused, it is important that they be given an opportunity to clear their name and move on in life, as any other citizen would be able to. I too, am glad things are working out for him.
